Dhoni is flat wicket hero. He has no skill to bat on english pitches. He was lucky to lift 2007 wc 20-20. He has only one potential that is slogging which he forget. Dinesh Kartick would be better choice as wicket keeper in future over Dhoni.Dinesh outclassed Dhoni in IPL matches. IPL is wasting million dollars on players like Dhoni,KP,Ishant. I suggest selectors that give Dinesh as chance for wicket keeping cum batsman.Bring Manish Pandey in the team and make Yuvraj as Captain.

Puneet. Don't tell that. Who saved the lords test? It's not just rain. Dhoni and our own Gopumon (Sreesanth). If Dhoni's 70+ runs were not there, India would have lost that test and series. So don't write off any team when they require your support. Write off when they are winning, which you people are not doing

Good. Lets be positive

I believe there were basically two things due to which we lost the match.



1) Our batsmen's inability to cope with the short pitch balls which these two teams( West Indies & England) have exposed to the entire cricketing world.



2) For the first time Dhoni's inability as a captain.

(a) Didn't try available options during the dead Ireland match instead in this crucial England match.

(b) RP Singh bpwling 3 overs( not completing his quota) and giving away only 13 runs whereas Ishant bowling 4 complete overs and giving away 36 runs.

(c) When Shewag was out, a firepower was missing in the opening. So we should have tried Yousuf or Irfan there. Even I believe Harbhajan was also not a bad bet considering the batting form he is in. Of course Gambhir should not have been replaced. Any of these players could have opened with him. Rohit Sharma was fantastic in IPL as a finisher, not as an opener.

(d) Yuvraj should be in as early as possible when your run rate goes beyong 9.



I believe Ravindra Jadeja brought the turning point in this game when he played for three successive dot balls with Yuvraj on the other side. It was an over bowled by a pace bowler in between Swann's spin overs. As we all know Yuvraj is very confident while playing against a pacer. I believe had he got strike early in that over, India would not have lost the match. This drawback of Ravindra Jadeja came against England. If he would have played the Ireland match, it would not have cost us dearly.

Every team had watched IPL to find weekness of india team . raina way of out is pure weekness of him. dhoni not hitting also pure weekness. yuvi wide delivery out against SA is also his weekness. rohit looking tired when he played 3 over ashamed to say he is young he = VVS laxman.

complete different style needs to make win for upcoming series.
better dhoni raina rohit should change batting style for survive unless india should change team.

yusuf playing like lottery ticket . huge hitting or making duck.
better we replace a consistence player.
yusuf runrate worst in odi . first 6 match only 24 run including 5 ducks.
within two more series his weekness also pop out then he also become useless.

think well before the series . dont show your weekness by playing useless domestic mathes IPL for money.

India must need good game plan.

manish pandey..ru kidding..this tells how good ur at cricket,,manish hit century in ipl and played few good innings..so you want to draft him in the side..nonsense..common take some brk..dhoni is cool captain..it is perfectly said by mr cricket perfect steve waugh...some times mistakes happen..if india wins all the time..ther eis no point in watching..there are other teams which prepared better than india this time..dhoni is far better than dinesh..dinesh plays once in a while..see the records and statistics..we have won one day series in aus..see the runs scored by dhoni....sometimes pressure keeps you doing small mistakes..his ideas didnt work against england..y to blame dhoni..y u dont blame bhajji who bowled wide of last ball and yuvraj who misfeild of that ball..oh u thought dhoni will jump like superman and should have saved that runs..common grow up..teams like aus only faltered in pressure agaisnt srilanka..did any one burnt ricky pontings effigy in aus?? if he wins garlands..if not burn effigy's... common guys..show some maturity..they are representing 100 billion people..give them a brk..u cant expect to win all cups..sometimes it goes out of hands..still dhoni is good captain..all players should be blamed for this loss and also BCCI and media.. media is the biggest culprit for this loss for creating nonsense issues between sehwag and dhoni..anyways..common india beat west indies 5-0 in next tour... but dear we should live in present.I m watching Dhoni from IPL matches.He cant score and I cant understand if he cant score than why u ppl give him so hype. I was comparing Dinesh with Dhoni bcoz according to current form Dinesh is better than Dhoni with both bat and gloves. Our selectors should see current form of players. Please see all current cricket videos of Dhoni.He has no skills for bating. I can understand ur emotions bcoz he was captain in 2007 world cup which we won but that does not mean that we will stick with Dhoni through out life. He is playing shit cricket so better give him rst for 2-3 series and we have to find new captain and wicket keeper batsman.At the moment as a wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Kartik is best choice and as captain Yuvraj or sehwag.

I think the problem is over appreciation and over criticism.. both are not good for Indian team.

Last T20 WC then Dhoni made Harbahajan bowl peunltimate over and hapless Joginder sharma last over and eventually we won - everyone praised his captaincy.. when they won, what if they had lost??, We would have given comments like why did Dhoni got Joginder to bowl the last over. isnt it??.. thats what is happening all over india now after he brought JAdeja up the order. Yes, his ideas have worked few times and it also it doesnt work sometimes. Tell me one team which has been very consistent, do you think all the strategies of other teams have worked??

Burning effigies is really foolishness, It shows the immaturiy of some fans. If they are out of T20 WC yes agree as a countrymen we will fell bad, but its all in the game.. Winning isnt everything. Imagine what kind of pressure we are putting the indian team into. After all they are also humans!!

A captain is only as good as his team. So why blame only the captain. It was a gettable score. Jadeja's innings was the weak link. He knew he was going slow and so should have tried some big shots earlier itself rather than waiting until the Req Run rate crept up too high. Jadeja was instrumental in bringing down the run rate of the England innings and also that of India's. I hope he realises soon that he should be doing that only for the opponent team.

Dhoni doesnt have any batting skills. He was lucky because everyone played well under his captaincy . So he became successful. He never scored some good runs like tendulkar. He is a total waste.Yuvi is my best choice for captain. Dhoni is playing t20 like a test cricket. such a waste.

In sport no one can always be a winner ,we have seen that with Australia in the past .Team India has great potential and can win great matches and tournanments and they have shown that in both Test ,one day matches and T20 .Just like we hail praises when they win we should also support them when they lose ,media is like the weather when it is sunny and we have great weather we love the weather when we have cyclones and hurricanes we dont like the weather .Media is the same when India wins matches they praise the team and portray the team in a very positive way when they lose they keep showcasing there mistakes and point fingers saying why the Indian team are the bad guys .
All this is done only for publicity and money and to raise there TV ratings lets just support the team and the game .

Mr. Yuvs, Don't ever compare Tendulkar(legend) with Dhoni. And also I dont agree in having Yuvi as a captain.

Dhoni is completely out of form. and hope he learnt "changing the batting order is a big gambling" during chasing..

we again lost with SA for just 130 runs. Our problem lies in understanding the situation and play accordingly.

Mr.chak de india was talking as if he were the head of the selection committee and the holder of Wisden Cricketer of the Year Award. There is no wonder when a captain wins matches with all in-form players. It does matter how he manages & wins matches when most of them are out of sorts. There were so much hype and illusionary praises pouring in Dhoni which have all now been proved wrong! When he walked, there was a comment 'fabulous', when he run, another as 'fantastic', when he stood, there was another comment 'brilliant'....These sort of superfluous comments were really too much for a beginning cricketer who have yet to gain full wisdom! When you do even silly logical mistakes, you'll not be garlanded. Dhoni's batting was pathetic and he wasn't able to play a single slog even when there was a desperate need. How would you describe a captain batting in 18th, 19th over with tons of runs to chase just strolling in 1s & 2s in a do-or-die match? Dhoni led the team from front(!) all through the tournament by consolidating & rotating strike even in 20th over!!! The team followed suit and the result was the ouster. Poor strategies & stupid, inert batting of him caught up with the team. He would talk as if he was the man invented tricks & plannings in T20 whenever he was addressing the media. But no wise things he did on the field. Failure was not a problem, Failing without any hungry for success was the blunder. In a country where Cricket is played and followed with such great passion, it is quite normal to have a outcry when team isn't doing well. When the cricketers enjoy the luxury of pouring in praises & money when the team wins, they should be prepared to receive criticism when they lose badly. One shouldn't need to sympathize for their restless tours & tight schedule. It is their profession and can't complain anything about that. Also they're not playing 365 days of International cricket. They do have enough rest. When a guy is just playing in roadside and striving hard for longer for an opportunity, if he is given a chance to play for country, will he complain of too much cricket? If a player feels he isn't in a position to play, Just move out & give way to others. There must be some sense of planning like setting up rotation policy in selecting squad / playing-eleven, so that players who are hungry for victories can represent the country. Let the rest of the players do their own business, probably with IPL sort of club matches.

good job chak de india but u lost something in the process of showing maturity.. indan population is just above 1 billion and world's is just above 6.7 billion.. so our team cant represent 100 Billion.. And abt ur maturity.. its good to be smart.. but if u had some opinion its urs and u dont try to make sense from nonsense. Its abt wining when u ve at least 100 waiting with skills to get into the team. There is no point praising legacy and keep losing . Only the best in form wins and not the best in records. U cant go out there, play bad and saw "Unfortunately v r out of form". If one cant do a job just dont take it, doesnt matter if u had watched on tv.. Just think how much of disappointment wud be in the 25,000 ppl who went to london to watch India win. The best team is the one with the best captain who leads in front and sets an ideal to the rest. coz 2 wrongs cant make a right. Lets hope for the best in the future atleast. Again India lost! This time the timid batting display was on a slow track, against average quality SA spin attack! As long as people worship the cricketers as GOD, the demon of woes will continue like this only. This is the perfect show of the over-rated players with under-rated qualities. Hereafter atleast stupid statistics & talks of comparing the great players like Sachin, Dravid etc with the so called blazing-young-guns should be stopped. Form & Luck are temporary whereas Skill & temperament are permanent.

India is a good batting side than their bowling, I think the below reasons set back India home.
1.Roshan sharma is a excellent middle order batsman should be coming 5th or 6th, Y.Pathan should have been opened so that lot of teams after hit by pathan will be in back foot
2. R.P Singh should be playing in every match so that he will get confidence not in the last match
3. Dhoni Lacked aggression which every T20 needs
4. Bowling Department was week compared to other teams.
5. Dhoni was not good in bowl changing
But all these will be a nice lesson for India team. They should learn from mistake and take every game seriously. We are lot better than other team and have potential, just we need to come back strong. You guys remember 1975-85 India team we were so poor in fielding and bowling and whenever we go to other countries we lose badly but they had good team spirit and now we have all the talents but lack in team spirit and performance. Good Luck India you will come back!!!!

iam not fan of dhoni or anyone..my hero already retired internatioanl cricket in 1994..but i love indian team..all players who represent to indian team heroes for me..iam big lover of all indian cricketers..

1. selection is not done my dhoni himself..coach,management is also involved

2. gambhir is out of form since ipl...he playing very slow in t20..y no bashing for him

3. rohit sharma , as we kow this guy got great talent..but inconsistent..(remember yuvi,sehwag, kaif..they were good,..but incosistent..dada gave these youngsters more chances..now its giving enormous succes for us)

4.Raina is out of form..lacks experince(the shot agianst SA yesday and also have same problem..short pitch deliveries)

5.Yuvi..u cant ask this man anything more..he has done enough for indian cricket..u cant ask him to win all matches..even so called cricket god sachin never won all matches

6. Yusuf pathan; its tough job for him..jus come and bang..he did his part

7. ishant..he bowled well in practice matches..that gave dhoni some faith..if he wud have flopped in practice matches..he wud not have got chances..

dhoni: he didnt play well..he is under tremendous pressure for the first time..few decisions back fired..it happens for every cricketr..

jadeja..he is really very good bowler, feilder and batting need to improved. he cudnt play his shots agianst eng..thats coz of inexperiece..some one said y dont they take manish pandey..what the hell he can do here..he didnt even play single domestic level games..they r good youngsters..but they some experience at domestic level...if not the same thing happened vth jadeja against eng will happen..BCCI shud give youngsters enough time to play in domestic level before calling national team..

It was totally ridiculous from captain dhoni... I dunno wat is point for taken same team with south africa... we are already out of game why dhoni refuse Dinesh kartik and Pragyan ojha... Atleast in this last match he has to give chance to both of them... Idea of opening Rohit sharma is totally waste he is middle order batsmen never fulfill the place of sehwag... and moreover dhoni n gambir poor form continue... captain never open the bat on 18th over too he tryin keep on singles... Dhoni, Gambir and Rohit failed to battin in this worldcup... Selectors Please think and choose the right elevens for playin INDIA... Ishant sharma really useless in IPL and Worldcup...
